Children's Home Healthcare Announces New Employee Benefit Plan - Sept. 1, 2011

As part of our employee benefits program, we offer Group Health, Dental, Life and Vision Insurance. Additional voluntary products include: vision, life and dental. Eligible employees are those that work at least 36 hours per week on a full time basis. Children's Home Health Care will Pay 75% a month of the employee cost of the health insurance and 100% of the employee cost of the Life insurance. You will be responsible for 25% of your health premium and the entire dental premium, vision premium, and any dependent premium on the health, life vision and dental. Due to federal legislation, plan changes and dependent additions that are chosen after the initial selection without a qualifying event are allowed only during open enrollment. Open enrollment each year is the month of August, for an effective date of September 1st each year. Therefore, please choose carefully now. The premium is based upon 26 pay periods.
